"This is the second Tripp suitcase of this size I have purchased. I was lucky enough to use the first one quite frequently, and lent it to my sister for several trips too.
After eight years one of the wheel tyres split. I was simply going to replace the wheel but then decided to buy a second case.
The new model has slightly different wheels, but they glide as smoothly and seem as strong as the last model. I was disappointed not to have a double zip on the mesh separator inside, and also no pocket. However, the holiday eight model gives you a bit more room with the expandable part.
I find it very sturdy and the wheels are strong.
It’s a really good size for my family of four, for our holidays in the sun, were we take just this one case and an under seat bag each. My daughters and I love the colour."

"Robust with 360 wheels that are good over rough surfaces. Light so you can get a lot in and expands. Excellent security lock. I like the internal zip compartment to keep linens and small items from getting creased or lost."

The only damage I have come across over many years is the wheels and they are easily replaced as available online, that being said this has only happened once in many travels around the world, hence why I came back to finish the set."

"It is not possible to get a scan code online for returns, I had to search for the phone number then phone for a code to return an item. Then once I got an email to say Tripp had received my returned item I had to phone Tripp after 15 days to request a refund, not a very good experience."
