Spare Parts

We are confident in the quality, strength and durability of our luggage which is why we are pleased to offer a 5 year guarantee.

Allowing for reasonable wear and tear, should any manufacturing fault become apparent during the guarantee period, in most instances we will try to provide new parts.

We hold the following spare parts for the majority of our hard side collections:

• Wheels

• TSA locks

• Zip pulls

For our soft side collections we hold the following:

• Zip pulls

We do have a limited quantity of other spare parts not listed above, please check with our customer service team for availability.

If you require a spare part please get in touch with our customer service team at customerservice@tripp.co.uk who will be able to get the part sent out to you, provided it is available and covered within the guarantee.

Please note we cannot guarantee that all spare parts will be in stock at all times, but rest assured we will do our very best to support you or offer an alternative solution.
