"Item was delivered on time and in good condition. It was abit smaller than I expected. I assumed the large was actually large. Compared to my old suitcase it is 3/4 the size. The reason I gave 3 stars is how flimsy the "hard" case is. It is very bendy. When I opened it up it was very flimsy indeed. I hope it does the job of protecting fragiles. I can imagine a suitcase on top of this will definitely affect rigidity but fingers crossed. That said, I doubt my holiday will go ahead now due to covid19
