"The case is good quality. We have used it and it was put in the hold on the plane. The hardshell felt a bit flimsy although I bought it because it was lightweight so it is to be expected. It withstood the usual baggage handling so I am happy with the product.
I have an older Tripp suitcase that I wore out the wheels on but I was very pleased that buying and fitting new wheels is easy so the suitcase will last much longer now. So good for the environment. Helps you feel less guilty about the flight."

"I only use Tripp hard shell luggage and was quite disappointed that it isn’t the same hardness as the others. The corners are easily dented and am not sure if it is manufactured to be flexible but I don’t prefer such. The inside of the bag is excellent - enough space to fit a lot of stuff. Service was very good and delivery was as expected. The quality of the shell is what brought its score down. Sorry!"
