The case is as expected and easy to use/move
Initially the incorrect product was sent in error. The expectation was that I had to take it to a courier drop off point before the correct item would be sent out, not a simple undertaking in a rural area and about to travel
Once I had a dedicated customer service agent everything changed, the correct item sent overnight and some delay tolerance accepted for the return

There is enough room for 2 weeks worth of clothes. The expander works well and the lock mechanism is good."
