"I purchased this case as part of my daughter’s birthday present. When it arrived my daughter found a few scratches on the case. She took photos and sent them to me so I was able to contact customer services and inform them. The customer service then arranged for a replacement to be sent. The customer service system was not very user friendly as you couldn’t call them and I didn’t hear back from them for a couple of days. Once I did hear back they were very efficient and resolved the situation."
