"The bold leaf pattern is lovely. The suitcase in general is good to use, wheels well and is very spacious. The only issue I had when I first used it was there was no carry handle on the top of the suitcase, only on the side, making it a little awkward to carry up the steps of a plane. This is why I've given a 4 star rating, but overall, I really like the design and would buy another Tripp suitcase."

"It's a beautiful design but it has two flaws.
The first one is the handle is at the side. When you come to some stairs you would normally drop the tall handle and grab the small handle next to it, pick up the case walk down the stairs then at the bottom put it down and pull the tall handle back up and carry on walking. You need to drop the tall handle and turn the case to pick it up. Its really awkward when you in a queue of moving people.
The second flaw is the universal lock.
I had to buy another lock because anyone with a tripp lock and key could have opened my case. I knew i would be arriving early at my hotel and was not able to check in, so I'd be leaving my case in a storage room unattended, which ment my case was not secure and i didn't feel it would be safe. All the tripp suitcases I have had have all had the combination lock which is much better.
I do really like the case but it would be perfect if it had a combination lock and the handle to lift the case was on top.

"Lovely design, good feel about them. Move easily on wheels.
Only downside is they mark a bit when scuffed against other surfaces. Some washed off thankfully.

"Lovely little case. Very roomy & lovely design
My only complaint is that there is no handle on top of the case making it very difficult to lift had to use the telescopic handle to lift up & down curbs, stairs etc When you are walking you just want to lift quickly not stop, tip the case on its side, put the telescopic handle away and then lift with the side handle"
