"We love our two Tripp watermelon under seat cabin cases. We also have 2 x Holiday 8 in turquoise and a larger turquoise Tripp hold case as well. We purchased the smaller watermelon cases for our five day trip to Strasbourg last week. We searched for the smaller size cabin case to be within the Easyjet specifications and chose Tripp because we were already very happy with them. I had aggro on the way back at Strasbourg boarding gate saying my case was too big and that I was supposed to check my case size when booking the flight. I disputed this saying the case was newly purchased to be within the Easyjet specifications and was the same case I travelled out with. The member of staff asked if I would take the wheels off (no, I would not) so insisted I put it in the box to check for size. I had a job pushing it in and then difficult to get it out again. My partner had already been through to departure so I pointed to him and told the staff that he had the same case. She wandered around with my passport and phone but she did not approach my partner and gave me my phone and passport back.
