Arrange a Return

Returns and Refunds

For purchases made on or before 04/03/2025 Tripp are happy to refund your returned unused purchase within 60 days of receipt.

For purchases made on or after 05/03/2025 Tripp are happy to refund your returned unused purchase within 28 days of receipt.

Your refund will be credited to the original payment card.  We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if the item[s] are returned non-saleable or damaged. 

 

Tripp offers the following options for returning your unsuitable item(s):

If your item is unsuitable and you wish to return please contact us to arrange for the item to be collected for free from your local DPD collection point*. We will provide you with a QR code/label for return. The item can then be dropped off to the collection point at your own convenience. To locate your nearest DPD drop off point please use this link: https://www.dpd.co.uk/apps/shopfinder/

Please use the original packaging to return your item. Please also include any paperwork that was with the original delivery in your return.

*Some postcodes may not be eligible for this service. Please let us know if you cannot find a DPD collection point using your postcode so we can provide an alternative option.

Your refund will be processed back to the original payment card within 7-10 working days of your item being received back to us.
