Ordering online

You may buy any product online by adding items to your basket and proceeding to the checkout. You can do this at any time by clicking on the View Basket button in the top right area of any page.

Methods of Payment

If you choose to shop online we have a wide range of payment options including Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Solo, Delta and Electron.

Additionally we can accept Debenhams Account cards, Debenhams Gift cards and American Express when shopping at our departments in Debenhams stores. Unfortunately we are unable to offer these payment facilities online at present.

Acknowledgement of orders

If you place an order at tripp.co.uk you will immediately receive an email confirmation of the order, complete with an order number for reference.

A second confirmation email will be sent once processing is complete and the goods have been scheduled for delivery. Please quote your order reference number on all enquires relating to your order to allow us to support you efficiently.

Feedback

You will also receive an email around 10 days after your order from our independent feedback provider Feefo requesting feedback on your experience with Tripp.  Your feedback helps us to continually improve our products and services.
