However due to the exceptional current circumstances, our advisors may not have the same instant access to information as they would normally, so we kindly ask that you please bear with us during this difficult period.

Our stores

From 15th June 2020, our stores have begun to open in line with government guidlines. Protecting our customers and staff will continue to be our highest priority. To ensure we are able to reopen safely we will be following all social distancing and hygiene guidlines. We look forward to welcoming you back soon.

Our warehouse and web dispatch teams are able to work at least 2 metres apart at all times. We have re-organised our work so that we are able to reduce the number of team members in any one area at any one time. We are following all Government guidelines on hand hygiene and social distancing.
Contactless Delivery

Our courier partners are offering a minimal contact or contact-free delivery service at this time. 

We still aim to deliver your order within the standard specified time frame of 3-5 working days. However, due to current delivery limitations beyond our control this may be extended.

Returns & Refunds

Items purchased on, or between 15 February 2020 - 31st March 2020 can now be returned until 31st May 2020.

Due to the extension of Covid-19 restrictions we have extended our returns period for any items purchased on, or on or after 1st April 2020 to 60 days.

Items purchased in Debenhams stores in the UK or Eire or on  - please refer to Debenhams return policy.

Items purchased in Tripp brand outlets in Ashford, Cheshire Oaks or Boundary Mills after 25th February can now be returned up to 28 days after the store re opens.

Items purchased in Magasin stores or on -please refer to Magasin Du Nord's return policy.
