What is Collect+? 

You can Collect+ from one of 7,000 local shops nationwide for just £3.50.

Choose a shop that’s convenient to you whether that be at work, home or university and pick up at a time that suits you.  Find your nearest shop here.  Make sure you check the opening times of your chosen shop as they all differ.

+ How do I order using Collect+?

We’ll give you Collect+ as a delivery option at checkout. Enter your postcode and you’ll be shown your nearest Collect+ location.  Select your preferred Collect+ collection point and proceed with your order.

 

Cost and timings

 Collect+ costs £3.50 per order. 

+ When do I need to place my order for next day Collect+?

Order before 5pm Monday to Friday for next day delivery.

If you order after 5pm Monday to Thursday, your order will be ready to collect the day after tomorrow.

If you order after 5pm Friday or at any time on Saturday/Sunday, you’ll be able to collect on Tuesday at the earliest.

 

Collecting my order

 + How will I know when my Collect+ order is ready?

Collect+ will send you an email when your order is ready, confirming your unique barcode, pickup location and address.

If you’ve given us your mobile number, Collect+ will send you a text when your order is ready for collection. You can collect as soon as you’ve received either your email or text.

 + What should I bring to collect my order?

Bring your phone with you to show the unique 7-digit barcode from your text message or email as proof of purchase, or print out the email confirming your order is ready for pickup. You’ll also need to bring ID.

Collect+ accept the following forms of ID:

  • Credit / Debit Card
  • Bank / Building society book
  • Valid passport
  • Cheque book
  • Driving licence
  • Utility bill

If someone else is collecting your order, they must bring your order number, unique barcode and your proof of ID.

+ How long will be order be held for?

The Collect+ location will hold your order for 10 days, after which they will return it to our warehouse and we’ll refund you via the original payment method. This may take up to 10 working days to process from the date the order leaves the Collect+ shop.

 

Help with my Collect+ order

 + Can I change my chosen Collect+ location?

You would need to cancel the original order before despatch in order to change the location of your pickup, and place it again to go to your preferred location. Contact customer services to see if your order can be cancelled.  If the order has already been despatched, you would need to re-order to your preferred location.

If you do not collect the original order, after 10 days the Collect+ shop will return it to our warehouse and we’ll refund you via the original payment method. This may take up to 10 working days to process once we receive the order back into the warehouse.

+ I haven’t received an email or text message to confirm my order has arrived at the Collect+ location

If you haven’t received a confirmation email or text message by the end of the day you’re expecting your order to arrive, check your junk or spam email folder.  Alternatively contact Customer Services who can help.

+ I’m unable to collect my Collect+ order.  When will I be refunded?

The Collect+ location will hold your order for 10 days, and after that they will return it to our warehouse and we’ll refund you via the original payment method. This may take up to 10 days to process from the date the order was returned to us.

+ I would like to return my Collect+ order

You can return your Collect+ order to any Debenhams store with a Tripp department, click here to find your nearest store.  You can also return to a local shop via Collect+ by clicking here.

+ Collect+ isn’t an option for my postcode

Collect+ is not available yet in certain postcodes.  If you don’t see Collect+ as a delivery option when you reach the delivery page of your order, unfortunately it is not available at this time.
