If you are anything less than delighted with your purchase you can return it unused and in saleable condition within 28 days of receipt for a full refund.

This provision does not affect your Statutory Rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods or your right to cancel orders under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations, full details of which are available from our local Citizens Advice Bureau or Trading Standards department.

To arrange to return an item for a refund please call our helpline on 0845 345 6085 where we will be happy to assist in arranging a collection via special courier (UPS). Tripp will match the exact cost of returning the goods against the handling and delivery charges, so there will be no additional charge to you.

Our helplines are open from Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm excluding bank holidays. Calls are charged at the local rate.
