Deliveries

Tripp offer a standard 3 working day delivery service for £3.99*. We are currently offering FREE DELIVERY on all tripp.co.uk orders to the UK.

Orders will be delivered within three working days from receipt of order *(excluding Bank Holidays and Sale periods)*. If an order is placed before noon it may be delivered the next day, but this cannot be guaranteed.

All deliveries will be completed Monday to Friday between 9am and 9pm. Unfortunately we are not able to deliver at weekends. We will contact you immediately if there is likely to be any delay.

We deliver to any address in the UK (i.e. address with a royal mail post code) including places of work and Northern Ireland. For deliveries to the Republic of Ireland please visit www.trippluggage.ie.

*Deliveries to Northern Ireland, Islands and the Scottish Highlands will take up to 7 working days to deliver. Please call our helpline if you require clarification.

During periods of extreme weather conditions delivery periods may be extended for reasons beyond our control. In this instance we will update this page with the latest updates.

A signature will be required to acknowledge delivery. The signature of the person accepting the delivery at the address will be proof that you or the person, to whom the order is addressed, has received the delivery.  If you are not availble to accept delivery, the courier will leave a calling card to advise that delivery has been attempted (please follow instructions on this card).  Please note that the courier may leave your parcel with a neighbour - you will be advised of this on the calling card.
